Form fields

Form fields define the kind of content that can be stored into a content Entry Mask or a yeager backend property.
 
 
A number of different form field-types: Single line, Rich text, List, Checkbox, Page reference, Date & Time

Single and multi line text fields

The most basic type of form field.

Rich text field

Hit "Edit content" to open the richtext-editor.

Link

In order to assign a link, hit the "Choose" buttoninside the form fields container. A dialog window appears, that allows you to specify the link type of link and its configuration. Alternatively, you can simply drag-and-drop an object into this field (if it matches the expected type).
 
The available link types are:

- internal references (a yeager Page)
- external references (a URL)
- e-Mail-adresses
- references to yeager Files
 
Additionally, the window dialog offers options on how to open the link (in the same window, a new window, a javascript popup).

File, Tag, Contentblock and Page fields

In order to assign an object, hit the "Choose" button which is located inside the form fields container. A dialog window appears, that allows you to choose the object. Alternatively, you can simply drag-and-drop objects into this field.

Date and Date & Time fields

To edit a date and/or time field, either use the date chooser next to the right of the field, or enter the data manually using the following format:

  • Date: day.month.year
  • Time: hour:minutes
